Three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms provide comfort for larger groups, while the spacious living room with access to the terrace is perfect for unwinding together. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals comfortably, while the private garden and barbecue area make it easy to enjoy the warm climate of San Pedro del Pinatar. The biggest highlight of the house is the private heated pool, allowing for year-round swimming.

Location: San Pedro del Pinatar is a place where Mediterranean lifestyle meets nature, tranquillity and tradition. Located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor lagoon, it offers a variety of beaches — from shallow, family-friendly bays to wild, wide stretches of sand near La Llana. The town features numerous restaurants serving fresh fish, traditional Murcian dishes and local market stalls offering fruit, vegetables and regional products. It's also perfect for active visitors — nearby you’ll find walking and cycling paths, natural salt flats, flamingo viewpoints and water activities such as snorkelling and paddleboarding.
Complex and surroundings: Although Villa Bahia is an independent house, its location provides easy access to the town’s full infrastructure. The area is quiet, well-kept and surrounded by low residential buildings. Nearby there are shops, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and a seaside promenade ideal for evening walks. Close by is the Regional Park Salinas y Arenales — one of the most beautiful natural areas in the region, known for its flamingos, dunes and scenic trails.
